Recent work for businesses across Chicagoland. Every wrap, including Roselle vehicles, is installed in our Itasca shop.
One road connects Roselle to our shop
If you work in Roselle, you already know Irving Park Road. The village describes it as its main east-west arterial, the road that links residential areas to shops, businesses and the Metra station. It is also IL-19, and if you stay on it heading east for about four and a half miles, you reach Prospect Avenue in Itasca, a short turn north from our door at 1337 E Industrial Dr. Without traffic, the trip from central Roselle takes about 11 minutes.
That matters for practical reasons. Dropping a van off in the morning and getting back to Roselle does not take a second vehicle and half a morning, and if you want to stop by and look at printed samples or the wrap halfway through, it is a short drive on a road you use every day.
Three commercial pockets, three kinds of exposure
Roselle is a compact village of roughly 22,900 people at the 2020 census, and it sits in both DuPage and Cook counties. Its business activity concentrates in three areas: along Lake Street (US-20) on the southern edge, in the old center around Park Street and Irving Park Road, and along Nerge Road at the north end. Roselle Road ties them together north to south. Each area asks something a little different of a wrap.
Lake Street
Lake Street is a U.S. highway running along the edge of the village, and drivers on it are usually going somewhere else, so a vehicle there gets a few seconds of attention at most. Big lettering, a single service and strong color contrast are what survive that glance.
Downtown and Irving Park Road
The center is slower and walkable. The Roselle Metra station on the Milwaukee District West Line sits at 540 Irving Park Road, Main Street runs just north, and Lynfred Winery operates on Roselle Road in the middle of it all. The village has also won state grant money for bike and pedestrian paths along the Irving Park Road corridor and a bridge linking downtown Main Street to the station. More people on foot means more people reading the side of a parked van up close, so this is where details like a short service list or a QR code earn their space.
Nerge Road and the tollway
The third business area lines Nerge Road on the north end, and Roselle Road also has a full interchange with the Elgin O'Hare Tollway (IL-390) in the village's Cook County section. A truck that starts its day up there and jumps on the tollway spends as much time at highway speed as on village streets, so its sides should read well in a single glance.
When your customers are also your neighbors
Many Roselle service businesses do their work in residential driveways: plumbing and HVAC calls, roofing, gutter and window cleaning, lawn care, home remodeling, pet grooming. The vehicle sits in front of a house for hours, and the people who see it are the ones most likely to call next. In a village this size, recognition builds quickly. After a season of the same green-and-white truck appearing on familiar streets, people start to associate your colors with your trade before they read a word.
That is an argument for consistency over flash. Pick colors that match your yard signs, invoices and website, and keep the layout the same on every vehicle you own. If you add a second van later, it should look like part of the same company from across the street.
It is also an argument for reading the vehicle the way a neighbor would. Put your phone number and website on the rear, where someone walking a dog will see them. Keep claims short and true. Parking the van at your own house overnight? Confirm with your HOA or village hall that a lettered work vehicle is fine on your street, because those rules differ from place to place.
For one-truck operators, a partial wrap or spot graphics on a pickup is often the right start. A van that lives in front of customers' homes all day usually justifies more coverage. Our van wrap page shows what full and partial layouts look like on common cargo vans.
Timing a wrap around Roselle's calendar
Summer is when downtown fills up. The Taste of Roselle, a three-day block party with free admission, takes over Main Street and Prospect Street on the first weekend of August, with the main music stage on Main Street. If you want a freshly wrapped vehicle parked where people will see it that weekend, work backward: allow time for your free mockup and revisions, then 3 to 5 business days to print after you approve it, plus the install day.
Most installs take one day. You drop the vehicle at our Itasca shop, we install, and it is ready to drive back along Irving Park Road. Wraps use premium cast films from 3M and Avery, with a typical film life of 5 to 7 years. Our article on how long vehicle wraps last explains what shortens or extends that range.

Vehicle Wrap Questions From Roselle Businesses
Ask us anything else: 847-637-0009.
How do I get from Roselle to your shop?
It is one road. Take Irving Park Road (IL-19) east from central Roselle for about four and a half miles into Itasca, turn north onto Prospect Avenue, and follow it to Industrial Drive. Our shop is at 1337 E Industrial Dr. Without traffic, the drive is about 11 minutes, which makes morning drop-offs easy.
I mostly work in Roselle neighborhoods. Do I need a full wrap?
Not necessarily. When your vehicle sits in front of homes for hours, neighbors have time to read it, so clear contact details and consistent colors matter more than full coverage. A partial wrap or spot graphics on a pickup is often enough to start. A cargo van that is parked at customers' homes all day usually justifies more coverage.
Can I get a new wrap done before the Taste of Roselle in August?
Usually, if you start early. The Taste of Roselle runs on the first weekend of August. Plan time for the free mockup and any revisions, then 3 to 5 business days after you approve it for printing and lamination, plus one day for the install. Starting in early July leaves a comfortable margin.
Do you come to Roselle to install?
No. Every wrap is installed in our own shop at 1337 E Industrial Dr in Itasca, in the same building where we print and laminate it, so the graphics never leave our hands. You drop the vehicle off, and most installs take one day.
What warranty comes with the wrap?
Our installation work is backed for five years. The film itself is premium cast vinyl from 3M or Avery, which usually holds up 5 to 7 years; a truck that lives outdoors in full sun will sit toward the shorter end, while a garaged, hand-washed one lasts longer.
Can you remove old lettering or a worn wrap before installing the new one?
Yes, and it is worth doing right. Peeling off sun-baked lettering in a driveway tends to leave adhesive and can lift paint; we handle it in the shop before the new film goes on. Removal starts at $800, and if you send photos of what is on the vehicle now, it will be priced into your quote.
