Cleaning companies are hired on trust: your crew will be inside someone's home or building, often when nobody else is there. We design, print and install cleaning van and trailer wraps in Itasca that look as tidy as the work.

Van and trailer wraps for janitorial, maid, carpet and pressure-washing companies. Clean designs that show who you serve and how to book.

If the van in the parking lot is dented, faded and lettered with peeling vinyl, a facility manager will wonder about the restrooms. If it is crisp and well designed, it does part of the selling before your crew walks in.
Cleaning work also tends to repeat. A commercial client may have you in every night, and a residential client may book every other week. Your vehicle shows up at the same addresses again and again, which makes it a steady reminder to neighbors and other tenants in the building that yours is the company they keep seeing.
For Midwest Janitorial Specialist, we wrapped a Ford Transit with a headline that invites a reaction, asking drivers to honk if they wish their facility was cleaned right. Bold MW lettering, a Chicago skyline graphic and a red, charcoal and white palette keep it professional, and a panel names the markets the company serves: industrial, commercial and institutional. That last detail matters, because it tells a property manager in the next lane that this company cleans buildings like theirs.
Aquaman Power Washing & More put its wrap on an enclosed cargo trailer. Both sides and the rear door are covered in blue with water droplet textures and a custom aquatic character. A service list (roof washing, gutter cleaning, window cleaning and more), a before-and-after style home photo and two phone numbers, one for Chicagoland and one for Indiana, complete the layout.
A crowded layout reads as messy, which is the opposite of what you sell. Leave open areas around the logo and phone number, and keep the service list to the four or five jobs you most want to book.
Residential maid service and overnight office janitorial are different sales. If you do one, make it obvious. If you do both, split the wording so each audience finds itself quickly: homes on one line, offices and facilities on another.
Some clients would rather request a quote online than make a call. A QR code on the rear doors that opens your quote or booking page gives someone at a red light a way to act later.
If you tow equipment, the trailer is often the bigger canvas. Carpet cleaners, pressure washers and window crews can get more flat surface from a trailer than from the vehicle pulling it, as the Aquaman project shows. Our vehicle wrap services cover trailers along with vans and trucks.
Cleaning companies often run several identical vans, which makes a fleet design easy to repeat. Lock in the layout once, and each new van matches the last. Vans are dropped off at our Itasca shop, and most installs take one day, so schedule each one for a day when your crews can work from the rest of the fleet. The fleet wraps guide explains discounts and scheduling.

Lettering with your name, phone number and services is a fair start on a small budget, and it keeps the clean white look many cleaning companies like. A full wrap gives room for a headline, a service list and color people remember, as on Midwest Janitorial Specialist's Ford Transit. A partial wrap sits in between. The wrap calculator shows the price difference for your vehicle.
Yes. For Aquaman Power Washing & More, we wrapped both sides and the rear door of an enclosed cargo trailer with the company's services, a before-and-after style photo and phone numbers for two service areas. A trailer often has more flat surface than the vehicle towing it, which makes it a good place for photos and a full service list.
Name the buildings you clean. Midwest Janitorial Specialist lists industrial, commercial and institutional work on its van, which tells a property or facility manager right away that the company handles buildings like theirs. Keep the tone professional, add a website where prospects can request a proposal, and include an insured line if it applies. A playful headline still works when the rest of the layout stays businesslike.
Regular washing is good for a wrap. Hand washing with mild soap is the gentlest option. If you use a pressure washer, keep the nozzle well back and avoid spraying directly at edges and seams. The premium cast films we use from 3M and Avery typically last 5 to 7 years, and our installs carry a 5-year workmanship warranty.
There is no required palette. Blues, greens and white are popular because they feel fresh, but Midwest Janitorial Specialist used red, charcoal and white and still looks crisp and professional. Whatever colors you choose, keep strong contrast behind the phone number and leave enough open space that the van never looks cluttered.
Approve one design and reuse it. Each new van gets the same layout, so clients see a consistent company no matter which crew arrives. Fleet discounts begin at 3% for two to four vehicles. Vans come to our Itasca shop one at a time, and most installs take one day, so the rest of your crews keep working.
